“You cannot hope to build a better world without improving the
individuals. To that end each of us must work for his own

Fundraiser Committee Report
Discuss Eat for a Week fundraiser. Members encouraged to ask ask the
managers of their favorite restaurants for gift cards. These will be
collected and turned in at our May meeting. Then, we will sell
tickets now until our June meeting. A letter is provided to share
with the restaurant manager to request a donation. Tickets are $20
each. On the tickets, you write the person’s name and phone number.
We will collect the tickets and draw from them. If someone needs a
receipt, provide them James Boehm’s phone number, 901-483-1515, and
he can provide a receipt if needed.
Note: Fund-raising helps with transportation,
grants, helping with convention costs, and so much more! Bring
gift cards to the next chapter meeting May. Start selling the
tickets, then the drawing will be in June.
We welcome a new affiliate president and board. President Clift
discusses highlights, mentions that James Boehm is second vice
president and James Brown is a board member.
